WHY is staging important?

People make decisions emotionally and justify them logically. When buyers experience an emotional moment inside your house, they are more likely to move quickly and pay a premium. Creating this emotional space or experience — through lighting, art, furnishings and more —- is what I do best.

My staging approach

I personally stage all my listings using a template I’ve refined over the years — and plenty of custom elements that help draw out the true beauty of each property. I start by identifying any needed repairs, then establish the foundation of the home’s identity through paint colors, lighting and flooring.

I stage the home using items from my private (and ever-growing) collection, which includes large and small furniture, art, light fixtures and other versatile pieces. My presentation style is bright, modern, transitional and natural. Your home won’t feel staged, it will look real and feel beautifully lived in.

My approach with buyers

I believe that home is a foundation from which all other elements of your life flow. It is also an investment that can provide you return over time. Keeping this in mind, I guide buyers to select a property that matches their current needs, and that offers resale or other possibilities down the road. My goal, always, is to ensure that my clients are happy long after the sale.
